Micro Man is going to transfer to Hokkaido, so I had a farewell party last Friday.
The party have had at the cafeteria in the laboratory, and about 70 people gathered.
I had to organize the party as usual.
I ordered lunch box to Coock-shokuhin, which owns the cafeteria of the laboratory.
I didn’t want to order there, but I thought I had to. You probably can understand my situation.
The sales lady showed me a sample picture of the meal.
It didn’t seem delicious, but she said this was the most popular meal
and her customers were satisfied it.
I had no choice.
It was 1000yen lunch box.
She said it was better to add a spiny lobster. I
t was 1500yen.
I really doubted it.
But I really had no choice…
We had a briefing session on Friday.
During the session, I prepared for the party.
A deliverer came to around 5:00P.M.
My co-workers and I put the lunch boxes in the order.
Another lady came to see the lunch box because she was interested in 1500yen-lunch-box.
She opened it and said, “There is no rice.”
I thought she was joking.
But she was true.
There was no rice in the lunch box.
I was really surprised.
I have never heard 'no rice in lunch box'.
The deliverer called the office. I don’t know whom he talked to, but that guy also surprised.
The deliverer went to buy sushi to a supermarket.
I was really nervous because the session would end soon.
Fortunately, he came back before the session ended.
Coock-food also forgot an instant miso-soup.
I had nothing to say about it…
The meal was terrible, too.
It seemed it was cooked thousands years ago.
Tempura was soaked by oil.
There was no fresh food.
I can’t explain how terrible it was.
There was no shadow of the sample.
I was ashamed because I organized the party.
I know I can buy better one at Hokahoka bentou.
I decided I would never order at Coock-food!!
