I went to Hokkaido Fair again.
This time it has been held at the Daimaru Department Store in Osaka.
I wanted to eat ramen as usual.
I was there at 10:00A.M.
The ramen shop would open at 10:30A.M., so I looked around the floor before open.
While I looked at there, many shops gave me some foods.
I felt full before eating lunch.
Anyway, I ate ramen at Daidaiya from Asahikawa.
They had salt, soy sauce and miso taste ramen.
I asked their specialty.
I thought their specialty was salt soup ramen because I saw it on a fryer.
But the lady said their specialty was miso ramen.
I felt something strange but I ordered miso ramen anyway.
It seemed heavy but the taste was simple.
I think the taste has less something.
By the way, today’s topic is NOT about ramen.
I want to write about Pudding Jam.
I found it before lunch.
They sold many kinds of puddings.
I love pudding but I’ve never seen 'pudding jam'.
They had two pudding jams. One is miso and the other one is caramel taste.
First I tried the caramel pudding jam, but I felt something wrong.
I bought the miso pudding jam.
You probably cannot expect its taste like.
I can’t explain well but I cannot feel much miso taste and the miso makes it mild.
I want to enjoy this jam at late breakfast.
