MIHARA(三原)

My favorite section of Asahi Newspaper is ‘Wagamachi-no-hanjyotei’.
Readers recommend their favorite restaurants, and then, Asahi Newspaper visits the restaurants for coverage.

I always check out the restaurants, and if I like the restaurants, I will cut out the news paper.

A few weeks ago, they introduced a steamed-foods restaurant.
The restaurant was not far from my office, so my co-worker and I visited there soon.

Their specialty for lunch is three flavor steamed rice.
Ground chicken, simmered short-necked clam with a ginger, and salmon are put on rice, and then steam.
It was very hot and tasty.
It was very cold day, so hot food made me, of course, hot.

There are many antique shops around that area, so the master bought many antique potteries and uses them at his restaurant.

Addition to this, they have many kinds of Japanese sake.
They also have many good dish for sake.

My co-worker and I said that we should visit the restaurant at night next time.
