I visited Tokuya again.
Of course I went to eat dinner this time.
Their specialty is seafood.
I ordered ‘lady's dinner set’ and a glass of beer.
All foods are made with seafood.
The cook chooses and buys that day’s fresh seafood every morning, so anybody doesn’t know what we would eat.

This is yuba.
It is creamy.

It is Iwadako I haven't heard Iwadako before.
‘Iwa’ means rock and ‘tako’ means octopus.
Octopus usually lives between sea weeds but Iwadako lives on rocks.
According to the cook, early summer is the best season to eat Iwadako.
It is smaller than octopus which is my image.
It is tender.

They are raw fish.
All of them are fresh.
Shrimps are very sweet.

By the way, the cook has several good knives.
I saw his work and I thought he had not only good knives but also good hands.

This is Shirauo.
They are beautiful, aren't they?

This is whale meat shabushabu.
It is simple taste.

The last one is ochazuke.
It is the food which we should eat at the end of a Japanese style party.

I think it is a good restaurant.
But there were no customers except us.
